Magical Ritual Bath Salts contains Epsom salts, sea salts & Himalayan salts.

Cleansing Bath Ritual

This cleansing bath ritual will help you let go of any pent up negative energy, release feelings of stress, tiredness, fear, angry, bitterness, or depression. It will take at least 20-30 minutes, so be sure to give yourself this uninterrupted time.

You will need:

A clean bath
1 cup of bath salts                                         
Essential oils of your choice
Candles                                                        
Lighter/matches  
Paper and pen                                              
Smudging bowl or cauldron

Create a loving sacred space in your bathroom and be sure to run yourself the perfect temperature bath. Add a cup of bath salts and around 10-15 drops of essential oil of your choice, making sure all the salts are dissolved before you get in. Feel free to get as creative as you like with this ritual. Fresh flowers and herbs can be added to the bath, and soft music playing in the background is always a nice addition. When you light your candles, do it with intent to connect to the Divine. 

Now that you have created a beautiful environment you want to get in and relax. I want you to breathe deeply, inhaling the aroma of the bath. Concentrate on your breath. On your inhale, visualise the steam smoothing out the knots and nerves in your body. On your exhale release the heavy energy in your body, so light energy can enter. Do this until you are feeling grounded, relaxed and connect to your heart. 

Now get your pen and paper. For emotions to release we have to ask ourselves questions to bring them to the surface. Writing everything down is not an easy thing to do, so be very gentle with yourself.   

Here are a few questions you might like to ask, ask what feels right:

Do I have any current blocks in my life?
Am I carrying around any pain?
Has anyone hurt me recently that I need to let go of?
Do I have any anger that needs be released?
What stress am I holding in?
My worries are... Do I have anxiety that I need to deal with?
What grief am I ready to release?

Write as much as you need to and be patient with yourself through this process. Once you feel you have had a good emotional “dump” now is the time to release it. You will want to place the paper in the fire safe vessel that you have chosen and light it on fire safely.

When you light the paper recite this affirmation at least 3 times:

“I release all energies that do not serve me. I am love. I am purpose. I was made with divine intention. I am in charge of how I feel and today I am choosing happiness."

You might like to sit back in the bath and relax until you feel ready or jump out and pull some cards?

This is a great way to relax and have some me time. If you have sore muscles or tightness the salts help with this too. I did this ritual today on the full moon. I feel really relaxed and at peace. Thank you Woowoo shop - yet again a brilliant product and wonderful advice:)
