Celestial - Cosmo, Creation & Spiral from the Celtic Spirit Oracle by Nicola McIntosh.
The spiral was an important symbol for the Celts. It symbolised many things, but mostly it represented movement and the constant spinning of cycles and of the stars in the night sky. The North star was believed to be the location of what they termed as heaven. The stars spiraled in the sky, which became the pathway to how souls ascended to heaven.
A spiral has no beginning or end - it just is. When we think of creation, we think of there being a beginning. A beginning usually needs a force to create it, so where does this force come from? It needs movement, it needs motivation and an energy or force behind it to make it start. What are you about to create? What do you need in order too make it happen and how will you continue to keep it moving? To keep something moving you need a consistent flow of energy. A sustainable force.
You may want to take some time today to look at what drives your momentum. Is it sustainable? Will it be enough to keep everything moving or are you driving things too fast, which will end up in burnout?
Just as we draw energy from the earth, so too can we draw upon the energies from above us. Other realms, the moon, the stars, the sun. All are energies that we can work with, keeping in mind that we are made from stardust. Meditating or journeying can help us connect with these energies, so it may be a time to explore new options for keeping your cup full. Sustainability is the key here to keep the spiral forever in motion.

Heart Centre - Connections, Love & Receiving from the Celtic Spirit Oracle by Nicola McIntosh.

Your heart centre is where you connect to your external environment. It's no wonder that we associate this centre as green, just as nature shows itself to us. Are you looking for love? Wondering when you will find your life partner? Ask yourself how good are you at receiving? Do you take compliments well? Do you ask for help when you need it or say yes when it id offered? Receiving is a part of having an open-hear centre. We must always be open to receiving if we are asking for something to come into our lives.
There are so many reasons why we close our heart centre down and mainly it is due to being hurt. It may be emotionally, spiritually or physically hurt by another. We close ourselves off to people as a form of self-preservation, and by doing so, close ourselves off to receiving. It's ok to open your heart again. It's ok to be vulnerable; we just need to learn from the past lessons and move forward with an open heart and mind. Where can you learn to love yourself again? Where can you learn to love your surroundings?
Working with Faery energy also requires you to have an open heart. It requires you to be full of love for everything around you, the trees, the land, the animals. It requires sincerity, honesty and respect. When you come with an open heart full of love, you will be given access to other realms, where so much await you.

The Morrighan - Power, Courage & Strength from the Celtic Spirit Oracle by Nicola McIntosh.
The Goddess of Death. As frightening as this sounds, The Morrighan may be one of our oldest Celtic goddesses and should really be seen as a keeper of death. She helps with the transformation. She is also seen as a healer and a triple goddess, due to many aspects of the Maiden, Mother and Crone.
I met her in a journey once and she was a gentle, caring being. Her message to me was this, as she drew what looked like a medicine wheel in the sand with the moon cycles around it: 'There is war within peace and peace within war. The two are interdependent like all cycles. Just like the yin yang. War is not to be feared, it is a natural part of life.'
The Morrighan comes into our lives when we really need some strength to make something happen. You know, when enough is enough. The power you get from that kind of situation is exactly what you need to propel you forward in your power to get what you need. This is a time to stand your ground, dig your heals in and be firm in what you desire. Go after what you want and don't let anything stand in your way.
The Morrighan shows us how to look at our Shadow Self. The aspects that we keep in the dark or are afraid to look at. She shows us that in the shadow lie our strengths, not our weaknesses.
The Morrighan also shows us that what we perceive to be a negative situation may be exactly what is needed to create peace or a desired outcome. Just like some forests need a fire to regenerate so too is death and destruction needed in our lives in some shape or form.
Death does not need to be a physical death, it can be an ending of some sort. Something that makes it final. If you face a situation you don't understand, say thank you for it. Why? Because it is in your life for a reason, a lesson, an ending. It's not until after the battle that we come to understand the gift it brings.

Cerridwen - Transformation, Knowledge & Magick from the Celtic Spirit Oracle by Nicola McIntosh.

Cerridwen is know as a shapeshifter underworld goddess. She is said to stir her cauldron making her herbal, magickal brews. Legend tells of Gwion, a boy left in charge to stir the cauldron's potion, who accidentally splashed it. He sucked the three drops off his thumb and from this potion he was bestowed knowledge, magick and the goddess shapeshifting skills. Cerridwen was angry and chased Gwion. They both shapeshifted into many a manner of animals to escape until eventually Gwion was eaten by Cerridwen, but his life force merged with hers and she became pregnant with his essence. Cerridwen could not bear to keep him, but he was a beautiful child, so she bundled him off and set him upon the water, where he was later found and adopted. It is said that he grew up to be the famous Taliesin.
On drawing the Cerridwen card, a transformation is likely if you are not already beginning one. First, it is necessary to gather all the correct ingredients and place in the mixing pot, being careful to ensure everything is placed in at the correct time, which many mean certain astrological points in time also. Transformation can be welcomed and sometimes not, but one thing remains certain, you will not be the same afterwards, and this is usually a good thing, no matter how you might perceive it at time.
Just as the story on shapeshifting goes, so too is it important to shapeshift or be adaptable to every different situation. What in your life can you apply this to? Where do you need to adapt or adopt a different way of being? Look at each situation and decide what qualities you need most to navigate your way through. It's about thinking and doing differently in order to obtain a different outcome than normal. What magick will you put into the cauldron?
Cerridwen is also known as the Moon Goddess. Another significant sign of cycles and change. Everything is in a state of flux. The only constant in life is change. A time to roll with the flow, look at yourself and your life and see what needs to change, needs to move, needs to grow. Let it in, don't resit, this is the gift of change. What are you ready to create?

Set it Free - Dreams & Personal Aspirations from the Seeker Oracle by Ravynne Phelan.

We all have dreams and personal aspirations. What we don't all possess is the courage to set those dreams free to see if we can make them into reality. What's holding you back? Are you afraid of being judged and laughed at, or are you scared of how you will feel or be regarded if you try and fail?
Beautiful soul, don't waste any more time on fictional fears - fears with no foundation. Life is too short to allow them to become obstacles in your path to happiness. It is time to put your fears and doubts aside, set your intentions, voice your desires - even if only on your own hearing - and set your dream free. Set it free and allow it to fly on silent wings to great heights and come back to you when it is time for your dreams to manifest.
Understand that this moment is a beginning. This is your opportunity to set your intentions and make a wish. It is time for you to make a commitment and dedicate yourself to what may become an amazing personal quest that teaches you some life changing lessons along the way.
