Your outside world is a reflection and a manifestation of what's going on inside you at this time. When they outside world become so hectic and stressful that your anxiety starts to overwhelm you, this is an ideal moment to stop an ask, "When was the last time I checked in with myself?"

This card is aimed right at you this vital time for many reasons. It's telling you that you need to slow down and find the centre of your being right now. We understand on a physical level that it's easy to get caught up in the materialistic world, but we urge you to step back from your outside world so that you can reconnect with your spiritual self long enough to pause, reflect, and heal.

When life gets chaotic and you need to pull back from the stresses and strains of daily life, use this card to help you slow the pace down, go with in, and reconnect with your spiritual self. Simply close your eyes; put your hands over your heart; breathe deeply; and say to yourself, "Find your centre." By doing so, you'll connect with your soul, where you'll discover that you're able to let go and gently relax into the present, releasing all those anxieties. When you're inside world is at peace, it will be reflected and enjoyed in your outside world with a balanced body, mind, and soul.

Standing your ground is an empowering, confidence building action to take from time-to-time. Now is the moment when you need to stand your ground, and you know that when doing so, you will be the victor.

This card is proof that no matter how much you're being tested, pushed, or cajoled into doing some thing that you genuinely know it's not for your higher good, it's ok to stand your ground and pushback. Don't waiver, don't give in, and don't lose sight of what's waiting for you. Remember, the outcome that you know is right for you may not be what others think is best for you.

This card will provide the strength to believe in your own integrity, your own self-worth, to help you remain clear and focused to defend what you believe and know to be right. With conviction of that belief comes in ample supply of energy so that you can stand tall. You don't need to compromise or surrender and give up the control you hold dear.

Today's Card is Tau Cetians - Resilent. Boss. Sassy from the Mystic Martian Oracle by Lisa Porter.

Tau Cetians predominantly reside in the Cetus (The Whale) Constellation, which is relatively near Earth: only 12 light years away.

They are humanoid, with olive, tanned complexion and black hair. Some say they look Mediterranean/Slavic and or South American in appearance. Like Pleiadians, they have slightly pointed ears. Their build is very solid, typically with strong, brawny legs. Their noses are broad, and they mostly have short Roman, crew style haircuts.

Tau Certians prefer to reside in secluded dwellings. They are in alliance with Pleiadians and other off planet societies who have shared similar historical experiences of being preyed upon during Draconian invasion. The Tau Cetians' history of being victimised by a predatory species is still raw and they are still battling wounds. Their intense grudge in this area are very obvious. Their focus is on raising awareness of covert mind control techniques and they are concerned about the small Greys.

They talk in a very guttural tone and are very demonstrative and audacious when talking.

Their mother ships are huge plasma crafts. Tau Cetians are know to be brilliant pilots and galactic navigators.

Star seeds prior to this or other Earth incarnations have experienced life elsewhere in Cosmoc, other than Earth.

Some Star Seeds have recall activated in their DNA. Due to Earth's limited recall access biosphere (from ancient historical collective trauma), others have no actual memories at all. All Star Seeds have an inkling, sensing or knowing that this incarnation at some point originated and belongs to something somewhere far 'bigger'.

Many Star Seeds have an inner awareness level of consciousness development outside of the predicable mainstream narratives.

Star seeds are typically spiritual in nature and have healing energies. Some are very new souls on Earth, while others are very old souls that have experienced many contracted incarnations on Earth to evolve and pass on ancient esoteric wisdom. The newer souls will be continuing the older soul's work.

Agarthans' (Telosian) ancestors were initially Atlantian and Lemurian refugee survivors from the Atlantis destruction. 

Agarthans are now highly advanced, multi-dimensional and sophisticated civilization that resides inside the pristine core of hollow Earth.

Telos is one of the divine citadels of the Agarthans, located beneath Mt Shasta, where they live a fruitful, serene and abundant lifestyle, far superior to surface dwellers. They typically stand anywhere up to 12 feet in height. Inner Earth's flora, fauna and vegetation is of the finest and purest nutritional quality found anywhere. They live up to 800 years or more and typically the very oldest do not appear older than 40 years of age, in the flesh. The citadels are crystalline, and magical to the eye, while being totally free from any toxins whatsoever. 

Agarthans most avoid traveling to surface Earth, due to the energetic harshness and toxins, through they do visit when need be. Agarthans are looking forward to the human collective ascension of consciousness. They will be participating in the cleaning up and healing of human surface dwellers.

In alliance with other benevolent ET's the Agarthans are gatekeepers of the Halls of Amenti, the ancient self-regulating cosmic portals (stargates) that cannot be entered until initiates of all species have ascended consciousness in their energy field.
