Sacred Mineral Base Ingredience & Benefits
Epsom Salt (Magnesium Sulfate): Soothes tired muscles, eases nervous tension, and helps draw out physical impurities.
Pacific Sea Salt: Deeply cleansing and purifying, traditionally used in ritual practice to clear heavy or stagnant energies.
Pink Himalayan Salt: Rich in trace minerals, offering a deeply grounding pink glow to the water to foster emotional warmth and heart alignment.
Made with Love & Intention
CAUTIONS: For external bath use only. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, consult a physician before using mineral bath salts.
The Cleansing Bath Ritual
Give yourself at least 20 to 30 minutes of uninterrupted time to move through this sacred practice.
Gather Your Tools:
1 cup Madame Opaline Magical Ritual Bath Salts
10–15 drops of pure essential oils (or your favorite Madame Opaline Ritual Mist)
Candles & matches or lighter
Journal & pen
Fire-safe vessel (smudging bowl, cauldron, or ceramic dish)
Optional: Fresh flower petals, dried herbs, or relaxing music
Step 1: Prepare the Sacred Space
Begin by cleaning your tub and setting the water to your ideal temperature. As the bath fills, add 1 cup of Magnesium Sulfate (Epsom Salt), Sodium Chloride (Sea Salt & Himalayan Salt), and your essential oils. Stir the water with your hand until the mineral crystals dissolve completely.
Light your candles with explicit intention—connecting to the Divine and inviting peace into the room. Feel free to scatter fresh flower petals or float herbs across the surface of the water.
Step 2: Breathe & Ground
Step into the warm water and allow your body to relax. Close your eyes and focus on your breath.
Inhale: Visualise the aromatic steam smoothing out the knots in your body and soothing your nervous system.
Exhale: Release heavy, stagnant energy down into the water so pure light energy can enter.
Repeat this until you feel rooted, present, and connected to your heart.
Step 3: Sacred Journaling & Emotional Release
Take your pen and paper. To allow emotions to pass through, gently ask yourself the following prompts—focusing on whatever feels most resonant in the moment:
Do I have any current blocks in my life right now?
Am I carrying around pain or anger that needs to be released?
Has anyone hurt me recently that I am ready to forgive or let go of?
What specific worries, grief, or anxiety am I ready to release into the water?
Write freely without judgment. Be patient and gentle with yourself as thoughts surface.
Step 4: The Transmutation Fire Practice
Once you have written down everything you need to release, carefully place the paper into your fire-safe vessel and set it alight.
As the paper burns into ash, recite this affirmation aloud three times: "I release all energies that do not serve me. I am love. I am purpose. I was made with divine intention. I am in charge of how I feel, and today I choose happiness." Blessed Be.
Step 5: Close the Ritual & Post-Bath Integration
Remain in the bath until you feel complete. When you drain the tub, visualise all the released energy flowing down the drain with the salt water.
Blow out your candles, making sure to speak a quiet word of gratitude to the Divine.
If you feel called before sleep, draw three tarot or oracle cards using this heart-centering spread
Card 1: What can I do to bring more joy into my life?
Card 2: How can I share love with those around me?
Card 3: What can I do to nurture deeper self-love?
