2½ cups of water

Instructions: Place the first four ingredients in a saucepan and cover with water. Stir the mixture slowly in a clockwise direction, keeping your mind focused on welcoming energy and alertness. Let it simmer gently throughout the day, topping up with water as needed. Once cooled, pour into a clean glass jar or spray bottle.
